Over the last few years, the subject of workplace mental health has become an area of great individual and professional concern.

Every year, The world celebrates Mental Health Awareness Week to raise awareness of the importance of mental health and well-being. this special week is the perfect time to open up a conversation about mental health and inspire action to promote positive mental health in your community.

This year, The HR Board in Collaboration with Clarion College of Business and Technology highlights the importance of ensuring communities recognize the part each person has to play in creating a society that advocates for positive mental health. With the right support, we can help everyone live a fulfilling life free of stigma, starting by raising awareness.

Did you know that the subject of “Mental Health in the office has become an area of great individual and professional concern. Not forgetting that employees are your most important asset, it is crucial that organizations take steps to help limit stress, burnout and other mental issues.

Supporting workplace mental health shouldn’t be regarded as ‘optional’ any longer…but a real occupational necessity. Mental health and worker performance go hand-in-hand. As two parts of the same equation, it’s what can make an employee flourish. On the other hand, the adverse effect can happen without proper mental health support or development.
